After years of teaching Pilates, barre and dance for other people, I opened my own aerial & fitness studio in Long Beach, Ca. Velvet had 8 amazing trainers and empowered our community for 8 incredible months. COVID-19 ended this dream and opened the window to other exciting opportunities. The Body Barn is Velvet and MORE.
