The Body Barn is proud to have created such a community during these times when we need it most. Aerial classes are taught at Studio H Conditioning in Long Beach.

• All you need to bring is your mat and water. We provide all the (sanitized) equipment.
• Private sessions can be held at your home, a park or beach, and virtually.
• All levels are welcome!
